First-Year Experience

All regularly admitted first-time freshmen and transfer students with less than 30 credit hours are required to enroll in Seminar 101/102 classes.

These classes, especially crafted by members of the faculty, cover a wide range of topics. Students may select the course that best fits their interests or major.

The Seminar instructor serves as the student's adviser until he or she declares a major, requests a new adviser, or earns 60 hours.
