| I picked UVA-WISE because it is a very well-respected university and the Wise community is a lot like home. I wanted to attend a smaller college for more personal attention in the classroom. The staff at UVA-WISE is great and is always willing to go the extra mile for their students in any way that they can. |

| I play softball for UVA-WISE so my favorite events are obviously sporting events. I love to catch a ballgame any time I can, and with the many sports available at UVA-WISE, there is always something to do! |

| My favorite class and professor at Wise would have to be Dr. Kevin Jones and his science classes. Dr. Jones is a professor that makes learning fun even though the science department's standards are set very high. Dr. Jones is the kind of teacher that helps you learn without even realizing how much you are learning. He is just great! |
