Berea Runs Away from UVa-Wise

Berea, Ky. - For the second time in as many nights, the Lady Cavs basketball team was unable to get back into the win column. UVa-Wise fell to Berea College on the road by a 92-71 margin.

In the scorebook, Kim Norris paced the Lady Cavs with 21 points. Meghan Rutherford added 14 points on the inside. Adrienne Womack was the third double digit scorer at 12 points and grabbed eight boards. Lauren Jervis chipped in 11 rebounds and seven tallies.

The Lady Cavs will next travel to Alice Lloyd on Monday night for a 5:30 p.m. contest.
