2006: First XC season for former high school 400m track standout; turned in a top-50 finish and personal best time of 30:21 at the NAIA Region XII Championships in Louisville, KY; gained a top-10 finish with a time of 30:22 Maryville College (10/14); improved his 8K time by 4:38 over the course of the season.
