Lady Cavs Tennis Smokes Lady Knights

Wise, VA – The UVA-Wise women's tennis team smoked Southern Virginia with a 9-0 shutout in the home opening match.

The Lady Knights won just three games against any of the Lady Cavs in the nine matches. Nicole Pilkenton scored her fourth win in a row with a 6-0, 6-0 victory while she teamed with Laura King in a 8-0 tally at second doubles.

UVA-Wise (6-3) will travel to face Brevard College on Saturday its next match
