Cavs’ Netters Breeze Past Mountaineers

Wise, Va. – The UVa-Wise tennis teams scored their first victory of the year by breezing past Berea College on Sunday afternoon. The women prevailed 8-1 while the men posted a 9-0 shutout.

Both squads are now 1-2 on the early season.

UVa-Wise will open Appalachian Athletic Conference action on Tuesday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.
