is free and includes a buffet lunch.

The Recruitment and Retention workshop is designed for local leaders,

about finding, attracting, and keeping health care providers in small rural
communities.

Workshop topics include: Public and Private Sources of Help; How to Reach
the Right Candidates; Meeting Family Needs (employment, education,
recreation); Promotional Materials; Dos and Donπt for Screening; Site
Visits and Interviews; Competitive Compensation; Employment or Income

The Recruitment and Retention workshop was made possible by a $3,000 grant
