Director of Human Resources

Stephanie is responsible for personnel recruitment, employee orientation, fringe benefit administration, and staff training and development. She oversees HR information systems, performance appraisal systems, worker's compensation programs, implementation of policies and procedures, and equal opportunity programs.


Francene Meade

Human Resource Analyst

Francene's primary responsibilities include benefits administration, classified employee orientation, and record keeping.  She handles employees' questions and concerns regarding the various aspects of their employment.  In addition, Francene is responsible for answering employment availability inquiries, and she processes employment applications that are received.


Glenda Hubbard
Administrative & Office Specialist III/Faculty Recruiting

Glenda administers the faculty recruitment program to include advertising, creating and updating applicant files, and coordinating with search committee chairs to comply with equal opportunity programs.  She reconciles several Human Resources related budgets and serves as the primary purchasing agent for the HR department.  She also drafts leases for faculty housing, and prepares payroll deductions for faculty living in College owned housing.
