Southern Appalachian Ronald McDonald House 3540
Provides a "temporary home away from home" for children and families of children in crisis. Since opening in 1996 50% of the families served have come from SW Virginia. In 2003 60% of the families served were from SW Virginia. Click here for additional information.

Wise Rescue Squad
3483 Wise Rescue Squad responds to emergencies which include medical, trama, vehicle crashes, fires. We also stand by for school events, local disasters and community training. Click here for additional information.
