The IT Helpdesk is the central point of contact for your computing needs.  The Helpdesk's primary goal is to help keep you knowledgeable and up to date on the computing, networking systems, e-mail systems, and the main software applications used on campus.

All computer and technical issues should be reported directly to the Helpdesk.  It is essential that the Helpdesk be notified so your request can be evaluated and assigned to the proper IT personnel.
