**The Helpdesk cannot resolve password issues via e-mail or phone. All password resets must be done in person with photo id at the Helpdesk.

The central point of contact for your computing needs is the IT Helpdesk.
All computer and technical issues should be reported directly to the Helpdesk. It is essential that the Helpdesk be notified so your request can be evaluated and assigned to the proper IT personnel.
The Helpdesk's primary goal is to help keep you knowledgeable and up to date on the computing, networking systems, e-mail systems, and the main software applications used on campus. The Helpdesk is maintained by Technology Support staff. When contacting us, please note any error messages you have received.
