Voicemail Instructions

1. To call the system: Dial your extension number.
   From off campus, dial 376-1086.
   
   While the attendant is speaking, press the # Key.
   Enter your 7 digit mailbox number.
   Enter your password (The initial password is 1111).
   You are now informed of any new or saved messages.
   The main menu will now play.
   
   
2. Press 1 to listen to new messages.
   
   
3. Press 2 to listen to saved messages.
   • Options for new and saved messages.
     • Press 7 to repeat the message.
     • Press 8 to hold (stop) the message.
     • Press 1 to delete the message.
     • Press 2 to save the message.
     • Press # to return to the main menu.

     
     
     

4. Press 3 to send a message.
   • Press 1 to send the message.
   • Press 2 to re-record the message.
   • Press 3 to append the message.
   • Press 4 to review the message.
     
     

 

5. Press 9 for the options menu.

• Press 1 to re-record.
• Press 9 to change password (This is not a voiced option)
• Press # to return to the main menu.
  
  

**Note: When finished with Voice Mail, press the # key repeatedly to exit the system and free it up quickly.
