UVa-Wise inducts new Phi Alpha Theta members
Phi Alpha Theta of The University of Virginia’s College at Wise added six new members during a May 1 induction ceremony.
The prestigious national honor society is one of the largest honor societies and is devoted to excellence in the study of history. Requirements for induction include an overall 3.0 grade point average and a minimum 3.1 grade point average in history classes.
UVa-Wise established the Alpha Kappa Lambda chapter of the society in 2002.
