Assistant Staff
The
Resident Advisor (RA) is a highly motivated student leader
who serves as the primary contact for the College's 700
residential students. The RA is reponsible for fostering
relationships and cultivating a sense of community in his/her
area of influence. The RA works to help connect his/her
residents to all the campus has to offer while also bringing
opportunities for growth and development into the residential
communities. Other specific RA duties include: planning
programs and events, being actively involved in the RHA,
mediating roommate conflicts, helping residents take ownership
of the policies and regulations of the College, serving
as part of an on-call duty rotation, being a resource for
residents, and participating in regional and national student
leadership conferences. And that is just the beginning. Click HERE to find out more about what we like to call the "Ultimate Leadership Experience."
