Blackboard: UVa-Wise provides Web access to course materials as well as online courses through its Blackboard course management system. Through Blackboard, students can access lecture notes and handouts, turn in assignments, take quizzes, participate in class discussions, complete group work, and communicate with their instructors and classmates.

Moodle: Moodle is a Course Management System (CMS), also known as a Learning Management System (LMS) or a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Moodle provides Web access to course materials as well as online courses. Through Moodle, students can access lecture notes and handouts, turn in assignments, take quizzes, participate in class discussions, complete group work, and communicate with their instructors and classmates.
UVa-Wise@Home: The UVa-Wise Web application system. Used for taking surveys, requesting services, accessing campus share space and checking print-limit balance. A Campus Logon is required.
AlertNow Notifications: To make sure everyone has the best and latest personal notification information in the AlertNow system, the College has developed a web page form to allow each campus community member to update their personal contact information for this emergency alert system.
UVa-Wise Webmail: Email for UVa-Wise (Outlook Web Access)(MS Exchange) is available from any Internet connection. This service provides access to all major features of the Microsoft Outlook email client, including email, calendaring, tasks and contacts. It even includes features such as setting out-of-office messages, spell check, and management of deleted items.
Password Management: (SMOP) Manage security questions, change/reset password or unlock your UVa-Wise account. An active and valid password is required to enroll. Blackboard accounts are not affected by this tool. Please use the Blackboard account tool located here.
