Obtain approval for each major from appropriate department chair.
Submit completed Graduation Application to the Office of the Registrar by the deadline. All graduation applications for the upcoming academic year will be due February 1st. (For example: students that expect to graduate in December 2016, May 2017, or Summer 2017 need to apply by February 2016).
Meet with personnel in the Office of the Registrar to confirm graduation status.
Attend Senior Salute in the spring.

Check requirements for graduating with honors.
Many students require an “exit interview.” Check with the Financial Aid Office to see what needs to be done.
Check for university holds/stop codes. Your diploma cannot be mailed or picked up until all financial obligations to the College have been met.
Leave a forwarding address with the UVa-Wise Post Office.
Complete a change of address form with the Office of the Registrar.
