There will be no need for cash to park at the Prior Center. For the patrons’ convenience, the Prior Center has now started including the parking fee to all ticket prices.

Where should I park?
Please see the image located above. For a majority of events held at the Prior Center, Campus Police will direct you to the proper lot pending the event being held. We do ask that you DO NOT park in front of the Prior Center OR on the grass. Parking violations will be enforced by ticketing and/or towing.
Can I host my business meeting / church event / wedding / party at the center?
Yes, for scheduling inquiries and pricing please contact the Director, Chris Davis, at 276. 376.4505.
Do I need to purchase a special ticket for wheelchair access?
Yes, the Prior Center offers ADA seating for all disabled guests at every event. The elevator is located on the concourse level for floor access. If special parking is needed for an event, we do ask that you call 3-5 business days before the event you will be attending.
How do I pick up my “will call” ticket?
You can pick up your “will call” ticket up at the box office directly inside the main entrance or the outside ticket window.
Do you offer group discounts?
Only with certain events depending on the host and nature of the event. If discounts are offered, they are usually for groups with 10+ guests.
Can I bring my camera to an event?
Cameras are allowed at most events as long as the flash is turned off.
Do children need their own tickets?
Children that can sit in the laps of attendees for the entirety of the event and not obstruct the view of adjacent seats will not have to purchase a ticket.
How early can I enter the convocation center before an event?
Doors open normally an hour before the event has started. Some events may vary pending the host.
Are any items prohibited?
No outside food or drink is allowed in the facility unless otherwise noted.
If I leave the center during an event, can I re-enter using my ticket stub?
Yes, be sure to keep your ticket stub to show to the attendant at the door when you re-enter.
Is smoking allowed?
The facility is Tobacco Free and no smoking within 25 feet of an entrance.
Can I use anyone to cater my event?
Our on-campus catering company, Chartwells, has the first right of refusal on any event that needs catered.
