The CAVScard serves a variety of important purposes which include:
Debit/Vending Card Purchases (for vending, laundry, bookstore, & cafeteria)

Athletic Pass (for all regular season home events)
How do I add funds to my CAVScard?
Students, faculty and staff may register and login to our CAVScard GET Portal and add funds to their CAVScard accounts. The accounts available are Declining balance and Dining dollars.
What are the differences between Declining Balance and Dining Dollars?
Declining Balance: Offers the most flexibility. Funds in this account may be used anywhere the CAVScard is accepted. Current locations are all food service locations including concession stands, bookstore, laundry vending, and the campus post office.
Dining Dollars: Funds in this account can be used at all food service locations, including concession stands. The advantage to this account is Chartwells, our dining services provider, will offer promotions to add more value to your money

175 Meal Block & $50.00 Dining Dollars $4,236.00 per year ($2,118.00 per semester )
Unlimited Meals Plus 50 Swipes $4,236.00 per year ($2,118.00 per semester )
Required for all Freshmen
Faculty, Staff and Student Commuter Meal Plans
Any 80 meals per semester $494.00
Any 50 meals per semester $324.00
Any 25 meals per semester $170.00
IMPORTANT: ALL meal plans are purchased in the Cashier’s Office and must be paid for at time of sale.
Other important facts about the CAVS Card:
- Cards must not be defaced in any way
- There is a $15 charge for your CAVS Card or a replacement card
- Cards are made at the Campus Post Office on the 4th floor of the Slemp Student Center
- Cards expire upon Graduation or upon a students withdrawal from the College
