UVA Wise Celebrates To Raise Funds for Scholarships and Alumni Engagement

The UVA Wise Alumni Association is thrilled to host the 37th Annual Cavalier Alumni Celebration Gala on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the Inn at Wise at 7:00 p.m.

“The Cavalier Celebration is the Alumni Association’s largest fundraiser. This special evening brings together UVA Wise Alumni, Friends, faculty, and staff for an exciting night of food, fellowship, and prizes. All while supporting the College,” said UVA Wise Director of Alumni Engagement Corey Sanchez. 

Proceeds from this event and other activities help the Alumni Association to provide scholarships, offer alumni engagement activities, and build support for UVA Wise.

Tickets are $125 each and admit two people to the event.

Checks should be made payable to UVA Wise Alumni Association (a portion of the ticket price is tax-deductible) and mailed to: UVA Wise Alumni Association, 1 College Ave Wise, VA 24293.

Cash prizes totaling $12,000 will be given away throughout the event, and purchasers do not have to be present to win. Prizes are as follows:
