It is the purpose of the Registrar's Office to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the academic records of the The University of Virginia’s College at Wise. We provide academic record services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other constituents in support of the purpose and goals of the University.

Our goal is to enhance the academic experience and to facilitate the instructional mission of UVa-Wise it relates to the integrity of the faculty’s record of student academic performance and the provision of services provided by the Registrar’s Office.

Service from Application..............to Graduation

Spring 2012 Transcript Availability:  Transcripts will not be available for  currently enrolled students until after Commencement.  This is to insure the accuracy of the transcript while grades are being updated and degrees are posted.  Transcript processing will resume on May 24, 2012.  

Transcript Service Announcement: Students can now request their transcripts online at our website through Secure Transcript™ provided by Docufide. The Registrar’s Office will process and send transcripts electronically through Docufide for delivery to colleges, universities, and any other destination.   Please click this link for further TRANSCRIPT information.
