Donald Sorah, associate professor of music, has been selected as the college’s first Apple Distinguished Educator for his innovative efforts to integrate Apple technology into the classroom.

In total, 218 graduates crossed the stage, earning either a bachelor of arts, bachelor of science or bachelor of science in nursing degree.

Taylor, who is double majoring in sociology and communication studies, is set to graduate from UVA Wise on May 13, 2023. He is also a member of the Darden Society and a newly inducted member of Lamba Pi Eta, the National Communication Honor Society.
