Request for Extended Stay

UVA Wise residence halls close at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024.

Students may request extended stay housing between 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024, and 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2024. Only students with a housing assignment for the fall 2024 semester and in good standing with the College may be permitted for extended stay.

The cost for extended stay housing is a rate of $25 per day. Students may be relocated to a different room assignment during the extended stay time. The fee will be assessed to your student account.

Summer session students should not complete this form. The Residence Life department will follow up with you regarding your summer session housing assignment.
