John C. Domino is Professor of Political Science at Sam Houston State University, where he teaches constitutional law, civil rights and liberties, judicial politics, legal history, and Texas politics. He is the author of the books Civil Rights & Liberties in the 21st Century; Texas Supreme Court Justice Bob Gammage: A Jurisprudence of Rights and Liberties; and The Right to Privacy in Texas: From Common Law Origins to 21st Century Protections. He received his PhD from Miami University.
