The student fee charges for 2017 – 2018 Academic Year become effective beginning with the Summer 2017 Session and ending with the Spring 2018 Semester

Full-time student (12-18 credit hours per semester)

Students taking more than 18 credit hours per semester will be charged for the additional hours at the part-time tuition rate.
Part-time student (less than 12 credit hours per semester)

Technology Fee:  7-11 credit hours $71.50 per year ($35.75 per semester)
Student Fees: Students taking 1-11 credit hours will be charged $143.00 per credit hour
Academic Credentialing Fee: full time 10.00 per semester 1 – 11 credit hours $1.00 per credit hour
Capital Fee: part time out-of-state $19.00 per credit hour. (1-11 hours)
Capital Fee:  full time out-of-state students $670.00 per year fee ($335.00 per semester).
*Kentucky – Bell, Breathitt, Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Perry and Pike
Tennessee – Claiborne, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan and Washington counties and the cities of Bristol, Kingsport & Johnson City
