This seminar centers on the analysis of “The Kotter’s 8 Steps for Leading Change ” and its application to the movie/book “Amazing Grace” which tells the story of the remarkable life of the British Abolitionist William Wilberforce (1759 - 1833). The book/movie chronicles Wilberforce's extraordinary role as a human rights activist, cultural reformer, and member of Parliament and how he was able to capture people’s attention to abolish slave trade.
