UVa-Wise offers four different places to eat on campus, centrally located for convenient access.

  • Hunter J. Smith Dining Commons: This is the primary on-campus dining option, and where most of our students eat their meals. This dining hall includes a 25-day non-repeating menu and specialty stations, such as the “Fresh Market” salad bar and the “Hearthstone Ovens” pizzeria.
  • Papa John’s: On the bottom floor of the Smith Dining Commons, this student dining option features personal pizzas, salads, and more.
  • Mondo Subs: Located on the 2rd Floor Slemp Student Center, Outside Health & Wellness Center, this restaurant serves subs, flatbreads, and wraps made to order.
  • Books & Brew Café: Located on the 5th Floor of the library, this student dining option offers coffee, sandwiches, snacks, and more.
